These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded by NARDL INNOVATIONS SAS (hereinafter “the Seller”), a company registered with the
Nancy Trade and Companies Register under number 931 240 428, with intra-Community VAT number FR46931240428, whose registered office is situated at 2 allée d’Évry, 54600 Villers-lès-Nancy, to any non-business
(hereinafter “the Customer”) wishing to make a purchase via the website www.wimb.golf (hereinafter “the Website”).
1. Purpose
These T&Cs set out the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer in relation to the online sale of Wimb cameras (hereinafter “the Products”).
They apply to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions, unless expressly agreed in writing by the Seller.
2. Acceptance of the T&Cs
The Customer acknowledges that they have read these T&Cs and expressly accept them by ticking the relevant box before confirming their order. Confirmation of the order constitutes unconditional acceptance of the T&Cs.
The Customer acknowledges that the descriptions, key features and illustrations presented on the website www.wimb.golf were sufficient for them to make their decision to order the Product.
3. Order
3.1. Ordering process
The Customer selects the Products on the Website and adds them to their basket.
The Customer confirms their basket, enters their details, selects a delivery method and proceeds to pay for their order.
The Seller sends a confirmation email summarising the order (order reference, products, price, delivery charges, etc.) and attaches the corresponding invoice.
3.2. Product Availability
Products are offered subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, the Seller will inform the Customer by email within 24 hours of the order being placed, and will provide an estimated timeframe for when the product will be back in stock. The Customer may then:
Accept this estimated timeframe for availability and delivery
Receive a full refund.
3.3. Modification or cancellation of an order
The Customer may modify or cancel their order as long as it has not been dispatched, by contacting customer services at contact@wimb.golf. After this time, any cancellation will be subject to the withdrawal conditions (see Article 7).
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. Prices
The prices of the Products are shown on the Website in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. They may be changed at any time by the Seller without prior notice. Delivery charges are shown before the order is confirmed and are payable by the Customer.
For mainland France and all European Union member states, prices are inclusive of VAT, based on the VAT rate of the country of delivery. The VAT rate and amount will only be finalised once the Customer has selected the delivery address for the order, after confirming their basket.
4.2 Shipping outside the European Union
For all Products delivered outside mainland France and outside the member states of the European Union, prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. For an order delivered to a country other than mainland France or a member state of the European Union, the Customer is informed that they are considered to be the importer of the Product(s) in question. Customs duties or other local taxes may be levied on the Customer.
These duties and charges are not the responsibility of the Seller and are therefore not displayed at the basket or order stage. They are the sole and final responsibility of the Customer, who is fully liable for both declarations and payment to the relevant authorities and/or bodies in that country.
4.3. Payment methods
Payment is made online by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, etc.) via a secure system (3D Secure).
4.4. Payment security
The Customer’s bank details are encrypted and processed by the service provider Monetico Paiement. The Seller does not store payment details.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery times
Products are delivered within a timeframe that depends on the option selected by the Customer at the time of ordering, and which is specified at that time, to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and the Seller shall not be held liable in the event of a delay.
5.2. Delivery charges
Home delivery: [Price] €.
Delivery to a collection point: [Price] €.
International delivery (outside mainland France): Rates vary depending on the destination.
For deliveries outside mainland France, the Seller reserves the right to refuse delivery if the delivery conditions are not met. In this case, the Customer will be refunded the amount of their order.
5.3. Delivery
The Customer must check the condition of the Products upon delivery. In the event of a damaged or non-compliant package, they must:
Refuse the package (if damage is visible on delivery) or report it to the carrier.
Notify the Seller by email at contact@wimb.golf within 48 hours, providing supporting photographs.
6. Warranties
6.1. Conformity and hidden defects
The Products are covered by:
The statutory warranty of conformity (2 years from delivery, Art. L216-1 of the French Consumer Code).
The warranty against hidden defects (2 years from discovery of the defect, Art. 1641 of the French Civil Code).
6.2. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse.
Consumable accessories (e.g. batteries, cables) once they have reached the end of their normal lifespan.
Modifications made by the Customer.
6.3. Procedure
The Customer should contact customer services at contact@wimb.golf, providing:
o The purchase invoice
o A description of the fault, supported by photos or videos.
The Seller will offer a repair or replacement within 30 days.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Products to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
7.1. Procedure
The Customer must notify their withdrawal by email to contact@wimb.golf, providing their contact details and the order reference.
Return costs are to be borne by the Customer, unless the Product is faulty or does not comply with the description.
7.2. Refund
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the Products, using the same payment method as the original order.
8. Liability
8.1. The Seller
The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity and hidden defects in accordance with the law.
8.2. The Customer
The Customer is responsible for the proper use of the Products (compliance with instructions and safety standards).
9. Personal Data
The data collected (name, email address, postal address, etc.) is processed in accordance with the GDPR and
the French Data Protection Act. It is used solely for the following purposes:

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of the Seller or its partners. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the Customer:
May contact customer services (contact@wimb.golf)
If they are unable to reach a satisfactory solution through this channel, the Customer may refer the matter to the ANM consumer ombudsman: https://www.anmconso.com/
If mediation fails, the Customer may bring legal proceedings beforethe competent French courts
12. Miscellaneous
Force majeure: The Seller shall not be held liable in the event of an unforeseeable and insurmountable event (e.g. strike, natural disaster).
Partial invalidity: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
Amendments to the T&Cs: The Seller reserves the right to amend the T&Cs at any time.
The applicable T&Cs are those in force at the time of the order.
